About 20 hours, done with a really cheap A4 optical+cable mouse, using a reference photo.

I started it as a hand drawing then scanned it and finished it with Photoshop. Not because I didn't like drawing any more, but because anyone would say 'hey, it's just like the painting the elephant was doing with his trunk!'
